Southend LuminoCity Light Festival returns in 2023 as one of the best free events in Southend this winter. This fantastic light festival will be brightening up the February half term with a series of awe-inspiring light installations that will transform Southend’s iconic landmarks, and let you experience the city in a whole new light.

On the Saturday, we’ll be running a “Light Lab” Raspberry Jam at Southend Library with drop-in activities on the theme of light.
